WHAT IS THE GARDAMUSEI VOUCHER?
It is a unique document valid for entry to all attractions selected by the user. The voucher is fully customizable, can be purchased online and must be presented at the selected attractions to obtain the entrance ticket with tax value. The voucher is prepaid, so no further payment is required.
WHERE CAN I BUY THE GARDAMUSEI VOUCHER?
Exclusively on the Association’s online platform, accessible from computers, tablets and smartphones.
WHERE DO I GET MY VOUCHER?
You will receive your voucher by email within 60 minutes of payment, together with a summary of all the realities you have selected and the GardaMusei card obtained thanks to the purchase.
HOW DO I USE THE GARDAMUSEI VOUCHER?
Simply show up at the place of access to the chosen attractions and show the voucher to the staff to be able to collect your ticket and start your experience.
DO I NEED TO BOOK THE ENTRANCE TO THE ATTRACTIONS IN ADVANCE?
Some attractions require reservations required. In the summary email you will find highlighted the realities with mandatory reservation and you will have to proceed as indicated to ensure entry.
DOES THE VOUCHER EXPIRE?
Yes, your voucher expires on December 31st of the year of purchase.

YOU TO SKIP THE LINE?
Not in all attractions. We advise you to check well in advance which attractions among those chosen provide facilitation of access.
IS THE VOUCHER
NOMINAL?
No. The voucher collects all the entrances selected during the purchase phase. A single voucher can include multiple entrances (for example for a group of friends or a family) to the same attraction.
CAN I USE THE SAME VOUCHER MORE THAN
ONCE?
No. Once logged in, the voucher is cancelled for that attraction, and remains valid for those in which you have not yet been logged in.
HOW LONG BEFORE IS THE VOUCHER PURCHASED?
The voucher can also be purchased the day before the visit, however it is necessary to ALWAYS check the opening hours and availability of access on the official website of the attraction.
