It is a singular example of a grinding laboratory of historical interest, still containing the original millstones inside. It was certainly active in 1860, as shown by the land registers of the Province of Tyrol. You can see the millstones, hoppers, millstones and a series of illustrative panels allows you to know how the plant worked, what the miller’s life must have been like and what were the cereals that were grown in the Valley and then ground in this plant.
