The architecture of the old dairy has been preserved with the museum exhibition of original objects and tools specific for the traditional processing and transformation of milk. Each member brought the milk produced by his cows to the dairy every day and enjoyed the “right of turn”, i.e. the possibility of obtaining cheese from it.
