Please arrive 30 minutes before departure time. In case of late arrival compared to what is indicated, Agriturismo Scuderia Castello reserves the right not to accept the activity even if already paid. If possible, an alternative date will be proposed with a supplement to partially cover the initial booking not correctly made.
Cancellation or modification by the customer is accepted without penalty within 48 hours before the activity (2 calendar days). After this period until the no-show, a 100% penalty will be applied.
AGRITURISMO SCUDERIA CASTELLO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT OR REJECT THE REQUESTED ACTIVITY IN RELATION TO AVAILABILITY, IN CASE OF LACK OF AVAILABILITY AN ALTERNATIVE DATE WILL BE PROPOSED TO THE CUSTOMER. IN CASE OF CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANIZER (e.g. in case of rain) ALTERNATIVE DATES WILL BE PROPOSED
